Daniel J. Hinger is an attorney at the Law Offices of Mark R. Strauss, Esq., where he concentrates his practice on representing injured individuals in complex personal injury matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Since graduating from law school, Dan has developed substantial litigation experience across the full spectrum of civil practice, including mediations, high-low binding arbitrations, and jury trials.

Dan approaches every matter as though it will be decided by a jury, building each file with the thoroughness and strategic depth required for trial, while remaining focused on achieving fair and efficient resolutions when settlement is in his client’s best interest.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

In addition to his personal injury practice, Dan maintains an active real estate law practice, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and homeowners’ associations.  He regularly handles landlord–tenant disputes, evictions, real estate transactions, and related litigation, and has presented educational seminars on landlord–tenant law to real estate professionals and investors.

Dan has been recognized as a Personal Injury Law Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2023 and serves as a court-appointed Arbitrator for the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.  He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where he was recognized for Outstanding Oral Advocacy and selected to compete in the Hunter Moot Court Program.  Prior to graduation, he interned with the Honorable Mark I. Bernstein of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Civil Trial Division.
