Dan has been litigating personal injury cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey ever since he graduated from law school. His extensive experience encompasses various legal proceedings such as mediations, arbitrations, binding high-low arbitrations and jury trials, allowing him to combine his knowledge with practical expertise in the field. He was recently named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine in the field of Personal Injury law. With his eyes set on achieving the best possible outcome for his clients, Dan firmly believes in preparing each personal injury case as if it is going to trial. However, he will also work to negotiate a fair settlement when it is appropriate.
Dan also concentrates his practice on landlord-tenant law. He comes from a family of real estate investors and has first-hand knowledge of the many legal disputes that arise from rental properties. He is able to provide valuable advice or representation with regard to leases, evictions, debt collection and security deposit disputes.

Educational Background 

Dan attended Rutgers Law School, where he was recognized for Outstanding Oral  Advocacy and was selected to compete in Rutgers’ Hunter Moot Court program. Before  graduating, Dan interned with the Honorable Mark I. Bernstein of the Philadelphia Court  of Common Pleas – Civil Trial Division.
